The good bits
What we liked
It is properly family-minded
The Vista V2 is designed around the messy reality of bags, siblings and a growing routine rather than pretending every family needs a small travel fold.
The basket is a daily asset
A generous basket can save the awkward balancing act that makes a lighter pram frustrating on the school run or a long walk.
Planning ahead can pay off
The system makes most sense when a family has a realistic reason to use its configurations, not simply because the possibility sounds reassuring.
The trade-offs
What we didn’t like
Big means big
Measure the boot, hallway, lift and storage before buying. A family pram that is too awkward to move is not flexible in practice.
The full price arrives in pieces
Carrycot, adapters and second-child configurations can change the total. Cost the setup you will actually use rather than the most generous product photo.
A system still needs careful setup
Use each seat, carrycot and harness exactly as approved. Configuration flexibility is not permission to improvise with weight, sleep or sibling use.
Method
How we tested it
We considered the push, fold, lift, basket loading, boot fit, seat and carrycot changes, sibling configuration, cleaning, storage and whether the family-sized footprint earns its place. Check the exact Vista V2 model, child limits, harness, carrycot and seat instructions before use.
Testing methodology: Our testing method looks at the parts of family life that the box rarely shows: setup, daily handling, cleaning, storage, repeat use and the cost of keeping the product going. For safety-sensitive products, follow the current manufacturer instructions and relevant safer-sleep or travel guidance.
